Swing Left https://swingleft.org/about-us is a progressive group dedicated to year-round grassroots organizing and fundraising focused on competitive races in the US.

Here is their list of competitive US House of Representatives races for the 2026 midterms. All of these districts contain multiple counties. We have produced a list of each county, with links to the county Democratic party for each. You may choose to support Swing Left or donate directly to county parties.
